Take a step back in time and experience what the uniforms of early Girl Scouts were like. Includes several uniforms from the early days of Girl Scouting and a leader guide. Cost is $2 per girl or $25 per Service Unit.
|Babysitting 101 Grades 6-8
Do you have a pre-teen or teenager who dreams of becoming a babysitter? How do you know when she is ready to care for children? This program will teach girls what they need to know about taking care of children. Cost is $6.50 per girl, which includes workbook, certificate, patch and leader guide.
|Polite Kids 101 Grades 4-8
Have you ever wondered how to teach your kids to be respectful and kind in a fun way? How about teaching them table manners? The Polite Kids 101 is for you! Cost is $6.50 per girl, which includes workbook, certificate, patch and leader guide.
|Safe Kids 101 Grades 4-8
How do you know when your pre-teens are ready to accept the challenges of staying home by themselves? Are you ready to let them? With this program you will get the piece of mind knowing they will learn what to do if the doorbell rings, the smoke detector goes off, or a friend ask them to come out and play. Cost is $6.50 per girl, which includes workbook, certificate, patch and leader guide.
Welcome to the Wonder World of Science and Hygiene! This activity kit is designed to give girls a new and improved knowledge of the topic at hand. Through hands on activities and games, girls gain new information on Science and Math. Cost is $2 per girl.
|Just Differently-Abled Grades K-12
Give girls the chance to explore a world with a variety of disabilities while learning to appreciate the talents and abilities of all people. The Just Differently-Abled patch may be earned by completing activities in the guide. Cost is $2 per girl.
|Program Aide Grades 6-8
A Program Aide is a Girl Scout Cadette who uses leadership skills to share her interests and experiences with younger girls in a troop, event, or camp setting. Girl Scout volunteers, you can conduct a Program Aide training for your troop or service unit by using the materials below. You can either print them and put together your own training packet or you can check out the ready made materials as a kit for $3 per girl. Each kit includes a facilitator’s guide, laminated resource cards for activities, and color copies of the Leadership Log for each girl to keep.

The Cadette Program Aide pin is earned through the following steps:

Individually registered girls also can work on patch programs. Patch programs come in a wide array of topics, so there is definitely something for everyone to try. Once completed, patches, which are worn on the back of the uniform, can be purchased in the Girl Scout Shops.

The Get in the Game Patch Program objective is to increase girls’ participation in sports, healthy living, and fitness activities so that girls develop positive,lifelong habits in sports and fitness.
|Pen Pal Application Grades K-12
Since Girl Scouting is all about sisterhood, why not get to know a Girl Scout troop from another service unit, another county, or even another state? You can exchange letters, send packages, support each other through a Journey, or even plan to camp together! Applications are accepted year-round, but matches are easier to find in the fall and winter months.

|Renaissance Revelers Grades 2-12
Learn about the English Renaissance (1485-1603 AD) and the beginnings of many of our present-day customs, games, food, entertainment and traditions. The Renaissance Revelers patch may be earned by completing activities in the booklet (this is a large file – it may take some time to download).
|Creative Scrapbooking Grades 2-12
Introduce scrapbooking as a fun and rewarding hobby. Girls will learn various aspects of scrapbooking such as basic photography, resources, color theory and page design. The Creative Scrapbooking patch may be earning by completing activities in the guide.
|Feed The Heartland Grades K-12
During Girl Scout Week and/or through the entire year, Girl Scouts can participate in a food related service project! Order form is required for patch purchase.
|Families of the Heartland Grades K-12
Girl Scouts and their families working together! Families learn how they can strengthen the troop as well as make the Girl Scout experience fantastic for their daughter and the entire troop. Order form required for patch purchase.
|Ohio American Indian Lore Grades 4-5
Discover the culture of the Ohio American Indian, especially those who lived in our area. The booklet contains information and activities to help girls learn about the history and culture of several different groups of Native Americans that lived in Ohio, utilizing the many Indian lore resources within our council. The Ohio American Indian Lore badge may be earned by completing activities in the guide.
