Every summer, thousands of girls of all ages attend a Girl Scouts of Ohio’s Heartland day or resident camp and discover the friendship, adventure and magic that happens when they are free to be themselves, explore the outdoors, and try new things in a safe and caring environment – and you can be a part of it.
Whether you’re helping a Brownie become more confident in her swimming skills, teaching girls to make gourmet meals on a campfire, or just singing silly songs, you’ll help campers – and yourself – find their voice. There’s no job quite like working at camp – where else can you have fun, make an impact, and grow as a leader every day?
If you think this sounds like the perfect summer job, then we want to hear from you! We are hiring for the Summer 2025 season (approximately May 30 – last week of July) at two locations:
- Resident Camp at Camp Molly Lauman (Lucasville, Ohio) – Live on site at Camp Molly Lauman with a team of staff from around the world as you lead six-day overnight camp sessions. Our camp is rustic and outdoors focused, meaning campers live in simple cabins and tents and connect closely with nature. Staff must be 18+.
- Day Camp at Camp Ken-Jockety (Galloway, Ohio) – Commute to camp each day to support day camp by leading hands-on activities like canoeing, swimming, STEM, archery and more. Staff must be 16+.
